Leg of lamb preparation suggestion

Lemon, Garlic and Rosemary crust.

1. Spear with sprigs of rosemary

2. Spread with Butter or Margarine

3. Cover with Garlic and Rosemary herb crust made with Bread Crumbs and bound with an egg

4. Decorate with Lemon

For best results do this 1 day before cooking to allow the flavours to infuse.


Not only does the crust protect the surface of the meat you can cut the crust and serve on the side.
